Not Scuba Diving But Seeing A Giant Squid.

If I could’ve reached out and measured this giant squid, it probably would’ve gone way beyond 6m (metres). Seriously, this is no ancient mariners’ tale. We’re talking monster-sized squid deluxe here. Calamari for life. Giant tentacles swishing dangerously behind its enormous body, lashing out seeking to reel in its next victim. Not even a giant squids’ largest predator, the sperm whale, would’ve been able to take this bad boy down.

Luckily, I was standing on terra firma looking up into the sky at a local annual kite festival. With my head travelling on its own scuba diving adventure, 2000m beneath the ocean surface in the dark and icy kingdom of the giant squid.
